- The focus of the internship is on Residential Air Conditioner (RAC), the application of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning techniques for data analysis.
- Analysed and interpreted data using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning techniques to improve system diagnostics and control strategies, specifically reliability strategy of the RAC system. The goal was detected in three targets to identify the best performing ML model and compare its performance with time-series plots and scalability. The selection of best model is crucial for sustainable goals such as improved energy efficiency, reduced environmental harm and safety risks of the RAC system.
- Participated in group meetings and discussions related to the project. Collaborated with other team members to advance project goals and implement findings into practical applications. Prepared and presented project updates to the team and other stakeholders.
- Winner of Gen AI Sparks Hackathon 2025 - Developed “HVAsk” a voice-enabled, AI-powered HVAC chatbot using Amazon Lex, Amazon Bedrock (RAG), and Amazon Aurora to deliver personalized comfort settings, feature guidance, and accessibility features (text-to-speech, speech-to-text). Designed to close the user knowledge gap, improve energy efficiency, and enhance accessibility for elderly and disabled users. Integrated with AWS for scalable deployment, enabling easy app integration and providing insights for product innovation and targeted marketing.
