• National Cadet Corps (NCC), Associate Member, 01/01/23, Present, Have volunteer to take part in leadership positions such as platoon in-charge for courses under the Air District of NCC. Took part in a course as a second-in-charge whereby I was able to manage to settle specific tasks as well as offered as much help as I could to make the workshop run smoothly.
• Unity Secondary School, Master Sergeant, 01/01/18, 12/31/22, Was appointed as a platoon sergeant which gave me an opportunity to lead an entire platoon. Assisted in training plans and collaborated with other people to organize events. Showed leadership in various situations ensuring the training goes smoothly without any issues or even dealing with any disciplinary issues.
• Singapore Indian Development Association, Peer Leader, 01/01/19, 12/31/20, Was able to learn and apply how to be a mentor to people who come for workshops. Was able make the mentees work together and provided emotional support for them and always ensuring I am approachable.

During my 6 months internship, my objective is to execute strategic planning activities aimed at enhancing the organization's brands, products, and services. Leveraging a strong understanding of the organization's challenges and opportunities, I will generate innovative ideas to further its market potential. Through conducting thorough data analysis and modeling based on research findings, I aim to produce valuable insights into potential scenarios for the organization's strategic trajectory. With an analytical and data-driven mindset, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills, I will gather insights through interviews and effectively present my ideas to contribute to the organization's success.
