• Managing the project individually starting from Drafting of part to Coordinating with the clint for final approval for the production.
• Material planning, machining Process Planning, material treatment and coating according with the drafted part.
• Communicating above Plan over mentioned through ERP system by creating the plan of process and uploading the drawing and respective documents.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Developed various projects and converted to production with proper documentation.
• Provided tooling as fixtures and Jigs for the ease of assembly and reduced assembly time.
• Issues on existing models were identified and provided solutions by modifying the design and solved the issue.
• Modified design as per the clint requirement and developed the part with less complication and ease service over existing model.

  Development of Product and Checking Stress Analysis through CAE and by theoretical calculations.
• Preparation of 3D Model and Product Drawing using SolidWorks and released for Manufacturing.

• Preparation of Assembly Manuel and Data Sheet on Word.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Shear Test Analysis was computed through calculations and Automated using Excel to Predefine the Dimension for required Shear Value.
• Making Assembly Procedures of working Process or Tool Functioning as Video format using SolidWorks and Edited on Cap Cut Editing Software for providing better clarity of product to customer.
• Preparation of complicated Oil Field Downhole Drilling & P&A Tools 3D Model and Product Drawings.
• Assisted for the yearly API Audit in Preparation of documents using Microsoft Office Tools.

• Provided Costing of components from raw material to packing of component and for developed fixture.
  Designing and manufacturing of welding positioner, Jigs & Fixtures on range of 2 to 5 Ton.
• Drafting of welding positioners, fixture for manufacturing process.
• Detailing and drafting of stage drawings of production components using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Gained extensive knowledge in Quality documents as control plan, SOP, PPAP, PIR, FIR.
• Supplier development for outsource processing.
• Drawing Flow process and drawing standardization on ERP software.
