• Utilize knowledge of the company's product lines and services to keep existing / potential customers informed when new/additional needs are identified.
• Develop good customer relations during the installation and execution of service contracts Maintain company's assigned equipment (computer, tool kit, diagnostic test equipment, spare parts, etc.) in good working condition, and ensure it is secure and accounted for.

• Installation of 300mm CVD semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites on T0 and T1

• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance for CVD tools

• Manage and improve the Equipment performance to maximize uptime

• Performing on-site calibration services for the equipment and ensuring safe operations by following the pretask plan for the critical task

• Perform a safety walk-around audit at the customer site to make sure the working environment is safe and report the findings to address it

• Installing the Relocation equipment and performing upgrade services for tools on both hardware and software

• Handling the detailed field service report testing routines, parts used, labor hours spent, paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks by organization policy and procedure

• Implement field modifications or updates as released in Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), which may involve removing and installing assemblies, sub-assemblies, systems, and subsystems.

• Presenting the detailed installation report to the peers after completion of each project and sharing the lessons learned for the non-conformance issues

• Traveled in Asia to support Customers on installs and NSO upgrades for Samsung, SK Hynix, Toshiba Memory cooperation, Micron Memory Japan & Singapore, and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company

Internal Projects (Installation Cycle time reduction project)

• Involved in cycle time reduction project for reducing the Tier 0 and Tier 1 Equipment installation budget and time

• Responsible for Analyzing the daily installation pass-down reports Globally for all Product business groups.

• Collecting the data to analyze the delay causes a high installation cycle time.

• Analyzing the facility's readiness at customer sites for all product business groups and coordinating with customers and trades.

• Responsible for Performing quality problem resolutions and incident management, driving root cause and correction action.

• Identify potential out-of-box quality projects and drive them to closure to reduce the cost of non-conformances.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders for Engineering control Approvals

• Responsible for reducing the cost of lost parts and non-conformances incurred at the customer sites.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders on implementing the action items, which drive to reduce the cost.

• Utilization of workforce
• Coordinating with the other MEP vendors and arranging proper Electrical clearance
• Ensuring the stock of the materials required for electrical works and ensuring the excellent quality of work
• Dealing with contractors and motivating them for early finishing of works
• Monitoring and executing quantities of materials with tender quantities
• Participated in review meetings with clients and reported the daily work progress to the project management consultant and the project managers. Conducting weekly safety meetings for laborers and explaining the essential needs to perform the job with a safety culture.

• Supervising the Erection of Hume pipes, UG cable laying, earthing pit installation, erection of chimney, and

• Gladding, electrical panels, and Distribution boards for DG

• Ensuring the Good quality of work and compliance with design specifications

• Documented the designs using CAD drawings and schematics

• Responsible for procurement and delivery of required materials in need for installations
