Additional Information
I took 6 months break after university to explore Europe and Thailand via backpacking because I believe that is the most effective way to enhance my personal and professional development. Personally, I think travels bring us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste and embrace new things and cultures. It constantly challenges us to embrace adventures as it comes and brings valuable insights experiences. I started my love for cooking when I started university and through my travel experiences in Europe and Thailand. Yoga is a good stress relaxer exercise; it includes meditation, relaxation, postures correction and mental health. It's ideal for my exercise regime which I can practice at home easily at my own time convenient.
