JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Following the organization’s HSE Guidelines.
- Give induction training to new workers and staff and visitors.
- Calculate Qualitative Risk Assessment and Quantitative Risk Assessment of the entire project.
- Beware of the toxic Gases.TWA-TLV
- Preparing and Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Safety reports on time to Client.
- Preparing Root cause Analysis (why-why) Report.
- Following JSA for every Task.
- Identification of risks through Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment of all activities.
- Implementing health and safety plans and maintaining effective HSE systems and practices.
- Organizing for safety audits and Risk analysis.
- Ensure that best safe work practices are identified and implemented at work place.
- Designing and implanting Environmental management systems.
- Ability to manage the assigned work place to convert as safe working area.
- Comprehensive experience of preparing the warning notices.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Preparation of HSE Awareness Program and tool box with induction and job specific talks reports.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure the adherence to safety Rules, regulations & Procedures.
- Monitoring for proper implementation of OHSAS-18001 & ISO-14001 requirements.
- Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and emergency plan and procedures.
- Review accidents and incidents which occur in the area of responsibility and conducted field audit, reporting and managing the corrective actions.
- Lead the emergency response team and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Carrying out plant safety inspection in order to observe the physical conditions of work and work practices and procedures followed by workers and to render advice on measure to be adopted for removing the unsafe action by workers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES.
- Be responsible for Health, Safety & Environmental protection on project site and arrange for the correction of deficiencies in these matters.
- Monitor all safety activities and report the findings to the HSE manager. Ensure the adherence to safety Rules, regulations & Procedures.
- Promotion of safety consciousness amongst the employees and organizing training and fire fighting with conducting Hazop and Hazan studies. Prepare JSA & Risk assessment.
- Providing updated safety regulations to managers through training programs. Ensuring timely fulfillment of all statutory requirements related to EHS including testing of lifting tools & tackles, Pressure vessels, ambient monitoring, stack analysis etc. Monthly evaluation of statutory compliance w.r.t. EHS.
- To develop Training module based on injury analysis, HOD feedback, Auditors feedback etc. Provide assistance for developing Monthly training calendar on EHS to HR department. Providing External/Internal resources for training.
- Conducting EHS Statutory Meeting to reviewing and capturing the EHS problem and performance. Record regular/ routine problems, measures taken/ required.
- Arrange and coordinate to carry out Yearly external safety Audit / Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)/ HAZOP/ Process Safety Review and ensuring the implementation of recommendations.
- Proactively starting new and relevant safety initiatives like Zero Accident Plan etc.
