CJCM is Customer journey case management application which was in salesforce before and clients migrated to pega for the process of creation of leads,and leads processing for the existing customers of Verizon and non existing customers. Representatives of Verizon stores uses POS application which is front end uses to call REST services of pega CJCM application for leads creation,to get the leads,to view,to assign the leads,to update leads at bulk.

· Analyse business and technical requirements.

· Design and implementation of business logic using different PEGA rules.

· Core development of a web application using PEGA PRPC 8.6

· Implementing the business requirement using PRPC concepts like REST Services,Connectors,JSON Data transforms,Data pages,Activities, Data transforms, Flows, Decision rules

· Give design and implementation for the relational tables for Business requirements.

· Prepare design documents,Root causes analysis documents for defects,attend walk through sessions.

Southern California Edison:

SEC is Manfacture &Logistics domain project mainly focus on power distribution and the power consumption monitoring Application which involves very good UI design with multiple flows and have high level design Approach. Its an application which have involvement of very high number of managers makes routing impact high. Optimized code usage was there from end to end.

· Developed different UI Screen with different cosmos techniques
