Automated Customer Sentiment Analysis & Case Management

Implemented a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-powered system to detect negative online reviews about the bank. Automatically generates a case in Pega and routes it to a service manager, enabling proactive customer engagement and issue resolution.

Call Report Mangement

Developed an application to track and manage customer call transcripts, documentation, and communications between customers and the bank. Leveraged collected data to train AI models, enabling insightful customer recommendations and enhancing service efficiency.

Pipelines Module

Developed a solution for Relationship Managers to track client portfolios and manage sales effectively, providing real-time insights and enhancing customer relationship management.

One Capture (Automated Fax Processing System)

Eliminated email dependency by automating fax document handling. Incoming fax data is automatically converted into cases with attached files, enabling service managers to process requests without manual intervention.

Central Narcotics Bureau (Singapore government)
Developed and maintained the core Case Management Application for the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) using Pegasystems PRPC. This system serves as the central hub, integrating analytics, machine learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enhance enforcement efforts and maintain a drug-free Singapore.

Provident Fund Contribution & Audit System (Singapore CPF Board)
Developed a government application to streamline and manage employee contribution collections for Singapore’s Provident Fund. The system facilitates employer audits and ensures efficient payment collection in case of discrepancies.

PIPE Architecture Implementation (Morgan Stanley)
Designed and implemented the PIPE architecture in PRPC to streamline organization-wide processes at Morgan Stanley. Enabled seamless communication with legacy systems at various transaction phases, providing real-time status tracking and enhancing operational efficiency.

Rule Delegation Architecture (Pegasystems Inc.)
Designed and implemented a new delegation architecture in Pegasystems for both rule and data instances with configurable access control. 

• Developed a new rule type to manage access levels for delegated rules.
• Introduced new privileges for delegation activities.
• Revamped the architecture to display delegated rules within the Case Manager portal, enhancing usability and governance.

Revision management Framework in PRPC (Pegasystems Inc.)
Designed and implemented an application-wide versioning framework in PRPC to streamline migration across environments and facilitate controlled rollouts.

• Developed a new wizard for creating applications, rulesets, access groups, and test operators to package changes.
• Designed a structured Revision and Change Request system using PRPC case management.
• Introduced a wizard for packaging, testing, and selectively rolling out or rolling back changes based on business requirements.

Chordiant to PRPC Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) Migration Framework (Pegasystems Inc.)
Developed a framework to facilitate the transition of Chordiant customers from using Chordiant Decision Management runtimes to Pega’s Decision Strategy Manager (DSM). 

• Implemented a new web service on the Chordiant side to be integrated with Pega.
• Designed a wizard to create artifacts for invoking the web service and migrating data instances (such as ADM models and Propositions) from Chordiant to PRPC.
• Introduced a new rule type in PRPC to invoke the web service and make data available at design time.
• Introduced a new shape in the DSM Strategy canvas to invoke the newly created rule type, extending decision logic from Chordiant Decision Management (CDM) into the DSM strategy rule canvas.
