• Responsible for providing PMO and governance oversight for multi year investments of UpTo $50 m p.a. consisting 300+ resources across 4-6 countries.
• Collaborate with Business and function heads, CPO and initiative leads alongside key quorum members to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned to portfolio business plan. OKRs are defined for approved initiatives to monitor and report the progress against the targets.
