About Project : Deutsche Bank have launched Instant Payments facility for customers with aligning to local regulatory authorities guidelines. Currently, we are supporting Instant Payments for Germany(SEPA), Netherlands, Hungary, Russia, Thailand(Prompt Pay).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Worked as SME for all applications within E2E flow of Instant Payments(ISO20022 standards) and work closely with client at onsite(Frankfurt, Germany).
• Demonstrated a strong understanding of issues, including in-depth technical analysis, troubleshooting, analyzing, root cause and engaging appropriate SME as needed to drive incident and problem management
• Discuss with users and prioritize issues (tickets) or enhancement for quarterly application releases.
• Adhere to ITIL Process for Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management and Change Management.
• Created and maintained system monitors for environment health and drove improvements to enhance availability and performance. Additionally, driven permanent solutions and improvements after root cause was identified
• Improving service by enhancing alerts or setting up new Geneos Alerts wherever required.
• Raise defects in JIRA for development team to work.
• Timely and accurate reporting to PM/SPM available at critical time.
• Work closely with other business analysts, development teams and infrastructure specialists to deliver high availability solutions for mission-critical applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

• Continuous monitoring of all the test markets servers and taking proper actions in case of any issues.
• Resolving the members/brokers issues over calls, tickets, mails during testing of the CTCL application.
• Testing of new functionalities in test markets before releasing in Live Markets.
• Monitor server performance, memory utilization, CPU, file systems, databases, batch jobs.
• Daily Maintenance of the environments before Market Open in all the segments(Equities, FO, Currency) like applying EOD, Opening the markets for Trading, etc.
• Analyzing the infra needs and reacting to the load and throughput of the servers.
• Work on setting up the monitoring for all the applications and enhance the monitoring scripts, wherever required.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

• Installs, configures, and maintains multiple servers hosted in the AWS Cloud and in our own datacenter, ensuring proper integration.
• Perform operational duties including database backups, application server health.
• Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g.Batch failures, network issues, client data feed errors).
• User and Group Administration.
• Performs software installations and upgrades for existing customers and layered software applications.
• Working on enhancing the alerts and existing scripts. Perform other duties as required to support like, handling customer tickets, adding new users, assigning the specified role, etc.
• Coordination with implementers for onboarding new customers to this platform.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

• Had successfully completed the critical transition of FDW application from IBM and had my role in making stable at HCL both in terms of technology and operational.
• Since beginning I was part of the transition team and completed all KT, documentation, Reverse KT, Shadow, Joint Shadow and Reverse Shadow.
• We were responsible for providing Support in L1 & L2 Level depending on the priority of the issues to meet Client's SLA Constant analysis, system monitoring, responding to customer queries and responding to critical/severe business problems within SLA.
