APAC Pricing & Tender

• Leveraged data and analytics to make informed decisions on Air freight market rate benchmarks using in-house developed benchmark system an dashboard.
• Collaborate closely with Account Owner in order to be able to translate requirements clearly prior to RFQ launch ensuring quotes are relevant.

Product Development

• Managed senior management-level personnel working in developing corporate Air ( alternative Phuket or Bali solution & crossborder- Road products for South East Asia.
• Identify potential alternative products to accommodate market demand on Cost VS Performance.
• Negotiating new contracts and managing vendors for newly setup branches MY & ID. Manage all process relate to procurement of goods/services.

• Managing transportation performance & capacity outbound from Asia Pacific region (AIR/OCEAN)
• Driving key initiatives and scale planning for operations, working closely alongside customer through weekly and quarterly performance and initiatives review
• Drive operation excellence, governance of performance & data with countries
• Outlining clear guidelines and setting up framework for continuous audit on operation process compliance and improvement
• Drive solutioning for customer supply chain based on market situation
• Collaborating with customer on optimization study on their products movement trend, transport options, routings and etc in order to provide a better alternative that have minimal impact or potential cost saving
• Drive and collaborate with customers to onboard new projects, initiatives
• Exploring & deploying solutions that could improve day-day activity
• Combining to use of technology to improve operation process
• (Dashboard for Performance/Trending Visibility, In Transit Dashboard, Data Quality, Automation tools to assist operation)
• Developed and maintained relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.

• Governance of operation process, performing quarterly audit ensuring alignments are in place focusing on (Booking process, milestones updates, requirement compliance, damages, billing and system)
• Adopting best practices from countries to redeploy it regionally
• Not limited only to operation best practice but also on system/report monitoring best practice
• Deploy initiatives/tools regionally which could increase productivity of operation and standardize it across regions
• Post deployment, country will be measure & monitor on the compliance of initiatives/tools.

• Leading as one of the site deployments lead to provide IT solutioning & system implementation for regional scale projects
• Working closely with internal developer, project team and customer on business and IT requirements

• Developing and enhancing Warehouse management system based on customer and business requirements
• Responsible in supporting system issues & incident ensuring any downtime will have minimal impact to productivity
• Conceptualized business requirements and turn it into a solution in system
• Taking lead on onboarding and integrating several key customers system with DBS WMS.
