• Oversaw the daily operations of security guards manning at all UPS facilities.

• An airport pass administrator in the submission of employees and UPS sponsored vendors new/ renewed airport pass applications also to register the mandatory Airside Safety Induction training for those who required ramp access. Maintained and keep track of airport pass tracker log to monitor their airport pass validity, ensuring that it is renewed timely. Facilitated on the issuance of ad hoc visitor airport pass letters for UPS vendors & visitors required access to UPS hub.
• Supporting role as leave administration to oversee the leave applications submitted daily online in HR portal is timely approved. Generated report for unpaid leave taken by management staff for submission to payroll to process. Provided quarterly leave report status to HOD for review.
• Generated quarterly Good Attendance Award report for management verification and approval on the employees' eligibility. Collated the signed hardcopy reports and supporting documents for submission to payroll to process.
• Managed and keep track of license management log to ensure licenses were renewed timely to avoid any disruption or impact on operations. Updated all license renewals and renewed license copies in COUPA system.
• To input IBSC results and operations performance in MTC report.
• Assisted Country Manager in managing her calender on her internal/external appointment schedules. Co-ordinate her monthly trips to UPS MY office on her flight schedules and accommodation arrangement.
• Coordinated the monthly Committee Day meetings, Weekly HOD meetings and Townhall calls for both MY/SG countries. Also to prepare the Townhall deck for Country Manager's presentation. Planning and scheduling of said meetings for the upcoming year.
• Coordinated the monthly Employee Appreciation Award for both MY/SG countries, preparation of appreciation letters and vouchers for the nominated recipients.
• Coordinated with both MY/SG HODs on their yearly vacation planner for Country Manager's review and updated the vacation planner in Sharepoint.
• Coordinated HODs H2H schedules with Country Manager for both MY/SG countries.
• Preparation of birthday cards for all management staff for both MY/SG countries.
• Updating of organization charts and disseminate the charts to all departments to be put up at their respective functions noticeboard.
• To update the phone listing/HOD contact list.
• To update HODs profile in Worldcom.
