Field and DCS Operation

  • Company Overview: Bio based polymer production plant, Hot oil jacketed polymerization Reactors, cyclonfilters, centrifugal dryers, blowers.
  • Start-up, Shutdown and trouble shooting of the process plant of having a 21T production capacity of different grades of PA11(poly amide11) products.
  • Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities like SAT, flushing with N2, Steam, cardboard blasting.
  • Maintaining reactor temperature and pressure by using hot oil system.
  • Monitor standard operating conditions such as field alarms, set-point adjustments, operating parameters and adjust to ensure stable operation.

Field Operation and Back up DCS

  • Company Overview: Integrated Hydropyrolysis and HydroConversion (IH2), Bio Diesel and Bio Naptha liquid section, HMU Balance of Plant( BOP) and Bio char passivation unit.
  • Start-up and shut down for 5 months with different feed, trouble shooting of the IH2 plant of having a capacity of 5TPD of Biomass.
  • Requesting, Verifying, authorization of permits from permit vision including JHA, P&ID attachments.
  • Startup and shutdown of H2, N2, compressor and Chiller Unit.
  • Monitoring H2 circulation flow and PDIT correction for fluidized bed Reactor behavior.
  • Monitoring SCADA as back up operator and maintain process parameters under control.
  • Experienced in process equipments like Reactors, Blowers, Screw conveyors.
  • Taking samples in shift based and sending to lab to monitor the Hydrocarbon conversion.
  • Catalyst loading and unloading activities while perfoming catalyst attrition test under Technologist guidance.
