• Actively involved in all IT projects within Single Buyer, ensuring seamless implementation and system efficiency.
• Administrator for the Single Buyer website, overseeing the One Stop Settlement Center (OSSC) system and the New Enhanced Dispatch Arrangement (NEDA) for Single Buyer.
• Committee member of the Single Buyer Website Working Group (SBWWG), working closely with Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Grid System Operator and TNB ICT to oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Single Buyer website, ensuring compliance, functionality, and efficiency.

Settlement & Clearance, Single Buyer (15 March 2017 – 31 March 2022)

• Well-versed in Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Generators.
• Managed Generators monthly Estimate payment, Import Energy payments and Billing Settlement for local Generators (Thermal, Hydro, Coal & Solar) including interconnection Generators (Thailand & Laos)
• Responsible for overseeing IT projects developed for the Settlement & Clearance unit.
• Team member of Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Enterprise Management, Single Buyer (1 April 2022 – 31 May 2023)

• Committee member of the Single Buyer Website Working Group (SBWWG).
• Involved in drafting and refining Service Level Agreements (SLA) between Single Buyer and TNB ICT.
• Supporting ISMS projects in collaboration with ICT Cyber Security.
• Administrator of Single Buyer website.

Settlement & Clearance (now known as Contract Commercial & Market Settlement), Single Buyer (1 June 2023 – present)

• Managing Generators account by overseeing both technical aspects and settlement processes as well as ensuring payments are processed within 30 days of invoice receipt.
• Recently involved in drafting and signing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between TNB and Malakoff - Prai Power.
• Responsible for the New Settlement module in the Market Management System (MMS) and Data Hub projects as a whole, managing its development and implementation for Single Buyer.
• Responsible for the OSSC Digitalisation and H2H Enhancement projects and supporting the development and implementation.
• Actively involved in many taskforces within Single Buyer, including the Document Management System (DMS), tariff adjustments for Generator and Large Scale Solar 5 (LSS5).
