As a Bridal assistant, i assist MUA in getting brides ready for their wedding/fittings. Receive feedbacks from clients. Set appointments and help clients with the suitable package.
As an Admin cum Accounts, i handle complaints or feedbacks from residents regarding any defects or maintenance fees & sinking fund. I also have to reply any feedbacks through iCondo app. Oder office stationeries. Call up vendors for maintenance. My position requires me to be mentally prepared to answer to nay feedbacks & help them solve the maintenance fees issues. I also take note on upcoming renovations, moving in/out & bulky deliveries & have to work closely with the security so that there won't be any hiccups. I also prepare cash management for the maintenance fees, petty cash & supplier invoices. Every week i have to bank in all the maintenance fees. Every end of the month, i receive the cheques from HQ and have to wait for the council members to sign and call the vendors tp collect the cheques.
Reason for leaving: Was ask to resign or te company will terminate me as they dint managed to secure the site/tender.
