  • Support TA team in recruitment activities across APAC region from CV screening to onboarding successful hires. This one-stop admin assist to bring down 50% of time to hire with closer engagement with potential hires.
  • In-charge of monthly Career Conversion Programme (by WSG) through active outreach to eligible participants & stakeholders. Assisted to facilitated claims up to $800,00.00 across 21 participants to support hiring cost for the organization. Process includes pre-eligibility assessment, programme onboarding buy-in and claims admin.
  • Conduct and facilitate full cycle in-house mass hiring.
