  • Communicate LPA contract to ensure Volvo and dealer understands their respective responsibilities and agree to the commercial conditions and setting initial targets on new LPA partners.
  • Initiate periodic Buy Back program and analysis.
  • Monitor performance, verify purchase proposal and confirm data quality for 2 months. Thereafter start automatic refill if all conditions are met.
  • To analyze and make recommendations for the dealers/LPA partners to take the corrective action on parts causing low service with dealer personnel and management.
  • LPA Partner Performance Review meeting with each partner quarterly/half yearly/yearly with an action plan how to improve the target fulfillment and solve problems according to the follow-up of the LPA development during the last review.
