- Monitor, analyze and dispose of out-of-control events for established SPC rules for both tool qualification and product measurements
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot
- Support engineering requests with testing and experimentation on processes
- Supporting on engineering and/or production recipe setup or retrain and supporting on recipe setup for new device start up
- Reduced downtime for critical systems through proactive maintenance and timely troubleshooting.
