• To Identify the Potential Hazards in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, and Civil activities, Unsafe Working Conditions, Unsafe Act of Persons, & to be ensured use of Personal Protective Equipment during the plant safety inspection and suggested safety recommendations, safety plan, procedures & methods to the working crews & concerned in charges to prevent the accidents and apprised breach of safety norms.
• Maintain the ISO 14001:2015 & standard, Implemated various projects on resources conservation like AHU condensate recovery, Steam condensate Recovery, Reuse of RO rejects etc.
• Managmant Appointee for ISO 45001:2018 implemated Global safety program in - Lock out Tag Out, Chemical Safety, Height work Safety, Contractor Safety, Electrical Safety, Confined Space Safety, Emergency Preparedness, Machine Guarding.
• Reporting, Analysis & Investigation of all type of Accidents, Dangerous Occurrences, Near Miss Accidents, Occupational Diseases & Environmental Conditions and advise or organize remedial action, adopt proactive preventive strategies, identify requirements of HSE legislation, select safety monitoring techniques and implementation of HSE recommendations & suggestions safety procedures and methods to avoid reoccurrences.
• Monitoring the Work Permit Systems i.e. working on Fragile Roof / at Height, Excavation / Digging work, Hot Work, Liquid / Gas Line Opening, Underground Utilities Crossing, Unloading of Chemicals, Electric work and Working in Confined Spaces.
• Ensuring Safety in Storage, Handling & Safe Operation of gas cylinders like-Oxygen, Acetylene, Co2, N2, LPG, etc. and prepared the M.S.D.S. for the same.
• Creating Health, Safety & Environment awareness amongst all the employees by organizing proactive promotional activities like Quiz Contest, Competitions, Exhibition and Screening of Safety Films and celebration of 'National Safety Day / Week', 'World Environment Day', 'World Health Day' and 'National Fire Service Day'.
• Safety measures in Storage, Handling & Use of Hazardous Chemicals like-LPG, LNG, CL2, HCL, H2SO4, ACETONE, HSD etc..
• Maintaing the Safety Manual, HSE Policy, Emergency Preparedness & Evacuation plan & risk assessments including hazard identification for the projects and advised management of environmental concerns & provide all personnel with the relevant safety information.
• Prevention of occupational diseases including periodic medical examinations.
• Fire Prevention, Protection and Fighting systems maintained.
• Promote awareness of near miss reporting & injury prevention and damage control to all level of employees.
• Carry out site surveys, in association with the project management team to ensure that only safe methods of working are in operation and that all regulations are being observed.
• Plant has received various prestigious awards Golden Paecock Award, Safety Innovation Award, SHE innovation Award by CII.

• Research Work and Thesis on Air Quality Modeling for M.Tech (Hons) at NEERI - National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur
• Presented a paper on Biomedical Waste Management & Utilization in a National Seminar at Jabalpur
• Presented a paper on Air Quality Modeling in the National Seminar on Chemical Engineering and Environment, Indore
• Participated in the National Seminar on Occupational Health & Safety in Panaji Goa
