      I was transferred to Reed Hycalog following the acquisition in 2009. Plays a pivotal role during the entire process of the merger. Responsible for the due diligence process, with an aim to look at possible pitfalls of the merger and acquisitions on a talent level. There were two other business units included in this acquisition that was also completed in 2008. A total workforce of over 485 employees were under my responsibility in Singapore supported by a team of 2 HR Representative in providing full spectrum of HR responsibilities to 4 business units. Worked closely with the Business Leader in various business units locally and internationally. I was highly regarded for my strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
