- This includes handling user reported incidents related to desktops, laptops, software and printers
- I have experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, performing technical troubleshooting and providing support for hardware, Microsoft application software and peripherals
- Provide user data and application recovery
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware and software issues
- Responsible for tracking of hardware and software inventory
- Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to the desktop support engineers
