Setup

• Plan and organize to ensure daily Warehouse operations meets expectation and delivery timeline.
• Ensure all goods in the warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred and dispatched.
• To manage inbound and outbound and operation activities.
• Handle transportation arrangement and co-ordinations.
• Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy and stock rotation.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain records and documentations concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.

• Responsible for movement of goods between warehouse processes
• Receiving of inbound shipments from vendors into the system
• Liaising with buyers regarding inbound shipment discrepancies
• Liaising with carriers regarding discrepancies in shipment deliveries
• Assigning of bin locations for lots after QC inspection has been done
• Picking of product to initiate the outbound QA process
• Participating in stock counts for product stock/ warehouse consumables
• Provide support for other warehouse duties as needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate supervisor, manager and management.

• Manage warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory, order processing, and cycle count
• Supervise, guide and train (new) logistics personnel on proper management and record keeping
• Inventory management and stock check/count
• Assist in daily warehouse operations
• Carry out GR in ERP system
• Handle Cargo & Inventory (Pick & Pack, Receive, Issue) for inbound & outbound shipment.
• Conducted regular audits of inventory levels to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
• To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and dispatch of goods

• Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading and unloading, packing and palletizing for both import and export cargo
• Update status of import and export cargo upon receipt into in-house computer system SAP
• Carry out daily physical stock check of remaining cargo in warehouse and update report for distribution to the import and export section 'Cycle-Count'
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness and housekeeping of warehouse area 5S
• Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
