1.Lead the newly set up plant (central kitchen) through the organization of the project plan, procedures, production area layout, and operations. 2.Lead, and supervise the perishable production team (Veg & Fruits dept, Meat dept, Seafood dept, Delicatessen dept, Rice Milling dept) to manage and execute production project and production target.
3.Accountable for production processes, production yield and the output of the plant which leading 2 shifts of department manager, supervisors and production operators.
4.Responsible for managing daily production activities for the range of products through effective use of sufficient materials, manpower and equipment.
5.Work with the team for weekly planning, scheduling, performing production activities to ensure the output of finished products meet the planned production schedule in order to supply for all of the outlets.
6.Liaise and work closely with cross functional teams to formulate the central kitchen objectives and implement actions plan for achieving set targets
7.Work closely with all dept team for creating new menu, SKU for festive seasons/new store opening and products review to ensure existing products are meeting market needs
8.Responsible for the forecasting of yearly budget & the monthly full P&L report of the plant 9.Responsible for staff's hiring, motivation, review performance, counseling, termination, promotion, continuous training matters.
10.Develop and implement the SOPs for all production process and products to be met in strict compliance with food safety and quality standards, requirements, and local regulatory authorities such as SFA, NEA etc.
11.Responsible for the each dept's mid-monthly & monthly stock take report, gross profit report 12.Maintain proper documents control to ensure good traceability and good inventory control, and in compliance with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certification requirement.
13.Supervise and schedule preventive maintenance of machines to prevent or reduce equipment breakdowns.
14.Prepare weekly & monthly (sales reports, production planning report) for production operations and report to upper management 15.Responsible the negotiation of prices for key raw ingredients & packaging materials from reliable vendors
16.Ensure good manufacturing and business practices are in place to meet KPI of individual departments for yearly HR assessment reports 17.Maintain a high level of food hygiene, commissary sanitation and cleanliness of factory. 18.Lead the warehousing team to perform day to daily goods receiving function (raw materials, packaging materials,) ensure accuracy in goods received and finished products.
19.Conduct daily inspection to ensure the quality of raw materials & finished products comply with specifications in accordance with quality procedures.
20.Maintaining and improvising the current inventory system to ensure all goods are accounted for and ensure FEFO of goods is enforced
21.Lead the warehouse team to perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to all the outlets
22.Manage a team of drivers (Outsourcing logistic company) to maintain daily operational logistics to ensure smooth delivery progress from factory to various outlets
