• Led the comprehensive planning and execution of a transformative 3-year Digital Transformation Journey for Singapore's major investment arm. Taking a central role, I not only led the Informatica team both onsite and offshore but also assumed responsibility for steering the customer's development team consisting of 7-8 developers and collaborating with two partner teams consisting of 4-5 developers and project managers. This involved not just technical expertise but effective project and people management skills, ensuring successful creation of an advanced data store. The journey encompassed aligning diverse teams, managing collaborative efforts, and driving innovation to achieve our shared goals. This innovative solution harnessed the power of AWS S3 Buckets, Postgres RDS, Informatica M&T, Informatica DEI, and Qlik Sense in creating a Data Ingestion Framework consisting of Metadata-driven (Code-Less) template-based architecture along with BitBucket integration to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).

• Designed and developed a robust Data Quality and Observability Framework, leading a team of 4-5 consultants across various global locations. Implemented the scalable and reusable framework across a spectrum of organizations, including a leading pharmaceutical company in the US, a major bank, and a leading insurance entity in Singapore. Ensured seamless teamwork, expediting Data Quality assessment and reporting for enhanced organizational efficiency and data reliability.
