- Fleet Optimization, ESD and checking the VOP which is relayed to the vessel
- Checking Hire invoices from the ship owners and brokers
- Communicating with the owners/ brokers for EWRI and Arm guards
- Calculating Voyage and slot costing basis trade requirement
- Coordination with the vessel owners/brokers on delivery/ re-delivery schedule and arrangement for On/Off hire B+C Survey and informing the P&I clubs
- Handling Vessel Claims such as cargo damages, reefer claim, with our Legal team and P&I Club
- Handling vessel performance, comparing the bunkering consumption with TCD and claiming against the owners for Overconsumption.
