Management of large-scale employment projects of Local Government

The project was designed and developed by the competent authorities to employ undergraduate candidates by simply giving six or eight weeks of training in the kitchen department so that they work as an entry level in the Hotel Industry.

Responsibilities

• Representing the college in various meetings with the respective stakeholders for running this project.
• Preparing the presentation to update the project progress to the competent authorities.
• Scheduling various meetings with different five-star hotels and resorts..
• Designing the communication plan for the admission process, creating the various teams like(admission team, selection team, finance team, Budget).
• Organizing the Interviews for the selection of the candidates.

• Created the layout for the college website in collaboration with multiple teams.
• Organizing project team meetings and recordings minutes of the meetings.

• Designing the blueprints based on the requirements of various departments, making Project Charters, and responsible for end-to-end procurement.
