• Establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
• Liaise with port agents and ship charterers on tanker movements
• Attend meetings and events with clients where required
• Support the day-to-day activities with Brokers
• Handled various time/spot charter shipments
• Ensure the charterer/owner follow as per negotiated CP terms
• Carry out post fixture support in a prompt and efficient manner
• Planning stowage for owner and charterer
• Invoicing commissions to concern parties and follow-up on demurrage claims.

• Providing husbandry services
• Sending out cautionaries to vessels – vessels that are entering war risk areas/cargo guidance/navigation guidance
• Ensuring vessels are given spares and supply
• Vessels insurance and trading certificates handling
• P&I claims handling – checking documents/invoices and follow up with various parties as required
• Agency appointments – approval of disbursement and arranging payment
• CTM services
• Monitoring vessel schedule.

• Appoint load/discharge port agents
• Stem bunker
• Calculating laytime and handle cargo claims
• Monitoring day to day vessel schedules
• Familiarize with various tanker charter party such as Vegoil & Asbatank
• To do voyage planning

- Cargo intake

- Fuel consumption

- Port calls

- Give voyage orders to masters

- Plan bunkering

• Checking and approving EPDA followed by FPDA
• Stowage planning
• OBL issuance
• Approving Letter of Indemnity (LOI)
• Able to Calculate Key performance index for the vessel
• Using dataloy/netpass to plan vessel route for optimum vessel operation.

• Handling day to day operations
• Assembly & Testing of Machineries.
