Overall Objective: Business Co-pilot/ Business Partner for CHF 351 Mio business : co-owns business P&L for Nutrition Business Unit.

• Direct report to Head of Controller and working closely with Business Executive Officer and Category Marketing Manager
• Drive an integrated financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process including Annual Operation Planning and Monthly Dynamic Forecast
• Forecast and report quarterly, semesterly, 9-Months and yearly P&L; Analyze actual and forecasted financial performance, pro-actively highlight deviation from target to local business management team and recommend countermeasures
• Business Partnering with sales, marketing, supply chain and accounting team to provide accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis, business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Actively participate and lead discussions in monthly financial gap review presentation, highlight risk & opportunities and recommend resolution to commercial leadership team;
• Brand performance analysis; Support Head of Controller in leading monthly review meetings, P&L Performance and Variance Analysis
• Oversee internal process and systems that financially supports the organization
• Evaluate and test customer and brand plan ROI in order to make investment recommendations
• Provide financial and commercial evaluations of new business initiatives including business case development, financial modelling, project costing and reporting, and financial reporting requirements for new initiatives/ projects

Overall Objective: Business Co-pilot/ Business Partner for € 45 Mio business : co-owns business P&L for Agriculture/ Crop Science Business Unit.

• Direct report to regional controller, business planning manager and working closely with Head of Business
• Play a key role in business planning and analysis, recommending strategic initiatives and provide business & financial support to management team
• Forecast and upload monthly P&L of current year into the system; Analyze actual and forecasted financial performance, pro-actively highlight deviation from target to local business management team and recommend countermeasures
• Support and steer marketing team to conceptualize, plan and implement appropriate pricing strategies, transactional pricing and sales allowances including rebate & discount programs for commercial team
• Steering allocation of budgeted resources (OpEx & Capex) based on business priorities
• Controlling resource allocation spending through appropriate business steering and reporting
• Managing cash flow including receivables and overdues, Inventory including channel inventory
• Collaborate with commercial & collection team to ensure collection plans for overdues, tracking and reviewing receivables and ensuring appropriate reserves for bad debts
• Liaises with corporate accounting and taxation division on critical business and financial process including compliance, transfer pricing matters, etc.
• Develop some new SOPs for Sales & Marketing team and ensures compliance with all process

• Direct report to regional controller, commercial manager and working closely with Country Business Director
• Provide meaningful sales performance analysis & reporting
• Analyze, drive and report montly sales forecast including 12 month rolling sales forecast
• Analyze, track, evaluate and provide evaluation of trade sales and marketing and promotional program implementation
• Analyze, track, evaluate and provide evaluation of customer’s sales turnover by channel, region, SKU, tier city and business unit
• Actively participate and lead discussions in weekly sales reviews and quarterly business review to fully understand business issue
• Strong partnership with regional controller on the country weekly and monthly outlook; assess and highlight the outlook risk in a regular basis;

• Managing Engagement including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics Management;
• Design & developing financial models and writing local company transfer pricing documentation and planning studies (Advanced Pricing Agreements (APA), Transfer Pricing Planning);
• Assisting Manager in performing functional analysis interviews to identify and access client’s cross-border intercompany transaction
• Conduct and write industry research study as well as design and use advanced spreadsheet models to measure and compare inter-company results
• Work with a team to devise solutions to complex transfer pricing issues faced by multinational corporations
