Harness agile methodology to efficiently managed and resolve problem tickets raised by stake holders through JIRA.

Oversaw L1-L3 and technical and integration issues faced by the 3 Healthcare Clusters in Singapore.

• Replicating the issue face by users using Postman to narrow down the cause of the issues.
• Examine application and webservices logs to search for possibility of data being missed by users.
• Examine API codes using Iguana to ensure that the data received from users contains the required parameters for the API.
• Conduct further investigation on the database level using SQL queries to track the movement of data through the Web Application, in which perform basic insert, update or delete queries if required.

Collaborated with the Lead Technical Analyst to create and improve SQL scripts to decrease querying time and increase overall work productivity.

Lead daily standup occasionally to ensure that the team is kept up to date on problem tickets and address any difficulties faced or adjustments needed to meet project SLA.

Led weekly meetings with stakeholders from all 3 healthcare clusters to provide updates/explanations on ticket progress and to discuss and agree on timelines for technical issues that requires time extensions.

Analyse both change and service requests submitted by stakeholders and provide full transparency by conducting meetings with stakeholders to highlight and explain the expected outcomes as well as different impacts and consequence that might come about from such changes.

Worked on maintaining CMPB website which handles the enlistment of new recruits.

Used Katalon Studio to create and edit test cases which are then used to test the functionality of the website.

Conducted vulnerability through the use of OWASP and Fortify to ensure that any library upgrades do not introduce new vulnerabilities as well as implement ad hoc fixes if any such vulnerabilities were found.

Java Library removal and updates.

Conducted quality assurance and updating test specifications for the Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA)

Collaborated with lab technicians to conduct testing of FPGA(s) ensuring that the test specifications are met.
