-Drive QRC metrics for Year-over-year improvement in Safety, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Customer Experience.
- Enforce uncompromising Safety and Quality expectations by holding the site accountable to adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Foster and reward a safety-first culture where everyone understands and owns their role. Drive the development of a mature safety culture with a focus on maintaining high safety standards and performance for the site.
- Prepare and execute an operations plan for the site that includes labor absorption, cost management, quality, efficiency improvements, facility maintenance, and capital management.
- Achieve an industry-leading customer service, focused on delivering improved customer experience with excellent response times and best-in-class quality.
- Select, train, review, motivate and manage personnel for the efficient performance of assigned duties and growth of the QRC.
- Establish succession planning and a direct labor development program.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and counseling QRC personnel.
- Ensure proper coordination and interface with Sales, Commercial Operations, Operations, Finance, and other functional stakeholders within the region is occurring at both an individual and team level, to promote collaboration and clear communication on all applicable orders, policies and procedures, and other functional initiatives.
- Advocates and supports the Flowserve performance culture and ensures that performance is actively differentiated and managed within the team.

- Supply Planning - Lead and review planning activities for the overall supply chain in a complex manufacturing business, including other processes/units/suppliers. Lead on design and development of the overall supply chain planning framework and systems.
- Inventory Control - Manage the delivery of a major part of the organization's supplier management and inventory control program. Take personal responsibility for a small number of mission-critical supplier relationships.
- Continuous Improvement - Lead the review of existing operations and the implementation of innovation processes across the division or function to ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.
- Leadership and Direction - Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision and values; clarify the actions needed to implement it within the area of responsibility; motivate people to commit to these and to doing extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals.
- Operations Management - Support the overall organizational strategy by developing and delivering operational plans and outcomes for a large portion of the business.
- Business Planning - Develop and gain agreement to annual business plans for a function or substantial business area, ensuring alignment with strategy; quantify business outcomes (i.e. revenues or other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)); detail expense and headcount budgets; and develop business cases for key projects, ensuring cross-functional integration.
- Supply Chain Management - Manage the delivery of a major part of the organization's supplier management program. Take personal responsibility for a small number of mission-critical supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these by leading and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Performance Management - Manage and report on the performance of the function / business area; set appropriate performance objectives for direct reports and hold them accountable for achieving these; take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of annual business objectives.

-Managing all planning inputs: sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom / special orders, and strategic build plans.
- Using the MRP system, translating the consolidated sales forecasts into a master production schedule / build schedule.
- Preparing and distributing weekly production schedules / work order dispatch lists.
- Assisting management to resolve problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and cancellations of customer orders.
- Preparing, coordinating, and participating in physical inventory counts.
- Initiating and coordinating vendor corrective action for non-conforming material receipts.
