
As a Customer Service Officer, I handle both walk-in and existing customers by providing a welcoming and helpful experience. I assist customers with check-in procedures, understand their needs and requests, and ensure they are directed to the correct therapist or service. I attend to incoming phone enquiries and make outbound cold calls when required. I am responsible for arranging treatment rooms based on therapist schedules and confirming daily appointments. I also introduce and explain service packages, process payments, and prepare invoices. Additionally, I maintain clear and simple notes for next-day appointments to ensure smooth operations.
As an Assistant Loan Officer at Sumo Credits Pte Ltd, I handled customers' inquiries in relation to their loans.
For customers who has difficulties in repayment, I discussed and offered them manageable repayment plans, Apart from that, I also made calls to customers to remind them on the their repayment before the due dates.
