• Assisted the Project Manager and Site Manager in ensuring all site activities were executed in accordance with project specifications, budget constraints, and time schedules.
• Participated in project planning, coordination, supervision, and continuous monitoring to ensure smooth progress and timely completion.
• Liaised effectively with authorities, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure proper communication, coordination, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitored and supervised site teams to ensure all work adhered to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Responsible for ensuring that all inspection activities were properly conducted and documented in line with project requirements and regulatory guidelines.

PROJECT : PROPOSED NEW ERECTION OF 9 UNITS OF 2-STOREY STANDARD FACTORIES ON LOT 04679T, 04671N PT & 05198X PT MK20 SELETAR AEROSPACE LINK

• Planned and scheduled work sequences for construction operations to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Monitored and optimized on-site safety procedures, construction progress, and compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
• Attended daily site coordination meetings with the Project Manager (PM) to align on work execution and resolve operational issues.
• Supervised reinforced concrete (RC) works, external works, and structural steel installation to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepared inspection forms and coordinated all inspection activities in accordance with project quality assurance plans.
• Arranged for Resident Engineer (RE) and Registered Technical Officer (RTO) inspections prior to concrete casting to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Ensured all construction activities followed approved design documents and standard drawings as per project requirements.
• Monitored site works to comply with CONQUAS requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinated and supported BCA Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) inspections.

PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF 6 BLOCK STAFF HOUSING, 3 BLOCK OF INSTITUTION BUILDINGS & ANCILLARY BUILDINGS ON LOT 10560P PT MK 24 AT UPPER ALJUNAID ROAD

• Lead the site team and workers, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and promoting personal safety on-site.
• Prepared and submitted daily and monthly progress reports to track work status and communicate updates to management.
• Coordinated effectively with subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of site activities and adherence to project timelines.
• Liaised with the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to schedule and conduct inspections as required.
• Managed the preparation and timely arrangement of materials to support uninterrupted work progress on-site.
