- Coordinate internal TEF & MFO and relative department resource to fulfill the task of New Model set up , SOP and Ramp up to fullfill defined project target. Problem solving for running production of machine/process issues to fullfill defined production line target (Safety, OEE,C/T, Productivtiy) and lead the machine/process improvement to meet the quality and output.
- Create with cross team about Process/machine System CIP projects and review System CIP& Point CIP activities with engineers also lead BPS activity productivity and quality improvement. Support and coach junior TEF & MFO engineer for System CIP Projects.
- Lead the preparation and smoothly ramp up of ED platform project in manufacturing side introduction.
- Moderator the Updated FMEA & Control Plan according to the CDQ Requirement, Cross check the machine and process capability study for fulfilling the defined quality target.
- Cross check the Update database for manufacturing, and maintaining, training SAP in manufacturing included problem solving regarding as the SAP Key user.
- According to the budget planning (coordinated by TEF manager) to monitoring the Ordering & control budget investment & Expense as Business Planning of overall product group area.
- Coach and support TEF engineer for internal quality audit for fulfill quality requirement & support to pass the Customer process audit.
- Prepare the TEF engineer and TEF team Competence development plan and follow up execution.
- Responsible for any other duties assigned by the immediate superior (if needed).
