Meta's Sales Intelligence:

  • Leading Salesforce Operations Team globally(APAC/EMEA/NORAM).

China Upper Funnel Infra(WeChat Mini Program/Salesforce):

  • Collaborated with various stakeholders in China on design, development, and implementation of Meta's first-ever Mini-Program (MP) and integrated CRM on WeChat . Integrated Salesforce with WeChat, China's most reliable messaging app .
  • Mini-Programs are an alternate web and nurturing channel for companies in China to reach and engage with meaningful content that will help them grow internationally.
  • Led Salesforce side of the project and provided technical guidance/support for the WeChat MP launch. A significant portion of Meta's customers are coming from China as a result of this project.
  • Designed the data model and published data dictionary.
  • Designed Call Centre Application.
  • Implemented segmentation and push notifications in Salesforce to nurture leads based on segments registered through WeChat. Additionally, APIs were implemented to track each customer's journey.
  • Partnered with Data/Solution Engineers to build an E2E dashboard to report the metrics needed for the China Upper Funnel Infra.

Acromobile

Acromobile was a Salesforce partner in Singapore. Acromobile leveraged salesforce.com and built a AppExchange product, which can be customized/reskinned according to customer needs. The product can be accessed via iPhone, Android and PC. My role was to customize the Salesforce application/product to meet business needs, as well as provide APIs to mobile developers. Integrated PayPal with Salesforce to handle the payments. I was involved in the End-to-end implementations for the following

MEDIACORP:

Built a public force.com site for Mediacorp to manage events and bookings. Integrated the site with PayPal/cybersource.

BMW M-CLUB SINGAPORE

Built a Salesforce site for M-Club to manage membership, renewals and events.

PAN-WEST GOLF STORE

Built a Salesforce eCommerce site for Panwest to sell their products.

NIKOI ISLAND

Created a point of sale application for Nikoi island to handle resort activities.

ANZ wealth is a leading insurance provider in ANZ region. ANZ wanted to build a partner portal in Salesforce for their agents/advisers. This implementation helps the advisers by providing their related applications, policies, lives, benefit and the requirements that they are handling. The advisers can easily attach the document in the cloud (internet) and the uploaded documents can be approved /rejected by the Underwriters. This application bridges the gap between the advisers and the Underwriters and it expedite the process.
