• Responsible for the preventive maintenance of plant production and utility electronics and instrumentation equipment and controls, electrical and mechanical such as mixers, conveyors, proofer, oven, freezers, chillers, pumps and motors.
• Assist Maintenance engineers in the planning and design of control systems.

• Monitor performance of production equipment in line with preventive maintenance program, calibration procedures, spare parts requirement, and functional modification to satisfy product quality and operational standard.
• Troubleshoot and repair major downtime issues

• Design and document projects to increase OEE through TPM approach.
