Responsibilities

• Interface with the stakeholders for the project(s) scope clarity and requirements

• The sole point of contact in all site interfaces and deliverables

• Ensure implementation and compliances in Plant Investment Project Engine (PIPE) Model from Idea creation, Pre-Study, Feasibility, Definition, Execution and Start-up Phases

• Ensure project delivery achieving key milestones, Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget

Projects: Corrosion Under Insulation & Piping Integrity CUI &, PI

Responsibilities

• HSE leadership to ensure hazards are identified and adequate mitigations are applied to work in a fully operational plant
• Uphold project HSE plans and for participation in incident investigations
• Responsible for interfacing with engineering & inspection teams to ensure on-time execution of scope as mentioned in the work packs and site/project specific procedures (SSP)
• Ensure Supervisors & inspectors perform witness, inspection and surveillance checks in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans and project quality plan
• Ensure Quality Control checks and tests are properly recorded and comply with the project specifications, AFC drawings, and method of statements
• Surveillance during installation of all types of insulation & weather protection
• Record non-conformance report to the relevant authorities
• Review & endorse inspection reports; completed work packs/test packs, inspection test records and punch list
• Closely liaise with the maintenance team & multiple contractors to understand opportunities and simultaneous operations issues
• Support Project Managers/ Area Lead to coordinate and facilitate various project management events; e.g
• Team engagements, workshops, team discussions etc
• Participate in Planning future work and incorporating site specific constraints, restrictions interfaces etc

TSK - 2 Nos of Storage Tanks, SHAGAYA 50 MW CONCENTRATED SOLAR THERMAL POWER PLANT

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for managing site construction activities for Storage Tanks including all associated civil works, underground system, oily pits, pipe lines, installation/inspection of pumps and pipe racks structures including preparation of temporary facilities
• Prepare, control and manage project resources e.g
• Manpower, equipment, tool includes sub-contractors and suppliers
• Handle all aspects of mechanical construction activities including site investigation, surveys and site development
• Supervise construction of aboveground and underground piping such as fire water lines
• Supervise installation of Pumps (Diesel/Electric) include testing
• Manage site team and monitor the schedule, aligning activities, control budget and resources
• Ensure Kuwait Oil Company’s plant safety compliance such permit to work system

Project: Qatar Gas Wastewater Recycle & Reduction Project (QG2 and QG3&4) Ras Laffan,

Responsibilities:

• Managing subcontractors fabrication works and site construction activities for Storage Tanks including all associated civil works-tank foundations, underground system, MBR tanks, Substations, oily pits, pipelines and pipe racks structures
• Assisting and supporting Construction Manager/Project Manager/Safety Manager in implementing strict safety compliance
• Ensure subcontractors adherence to company and client’s standards, schedule and construction sequence using jacking method of tank erection
• Supervise construction of Substations including electrical and HVAC works
• Supervise the installation and inspection of pumps (Diesel/Electric)
• Supervise installation and testing of fire water lines
• Promote job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project/Construction Manager in day-to-day running of the project including strict implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) at worksite.

• Review plot plans, lay-outs, contracts and scopes of supply.

• Prepare/review method of statement and risk assessment for construction works.
• Ensure smooth and effective execution of projects aligning with the project strategies and objectives.

• Responsible for the monitoring of material wastages, conduct wastage analysis and proposed contingencies to management
• Ensure fittings and welding shall be in accordance with the approved procedures and specifications
• Preparation of primus programs for the CNC flame cutting machines and ensuring steel plates wastages are minimized
