• In 2003, I began my career at CEVA Freight as an Import Clerk, where I was responsible for handling customs brokerage and operations. My duties included managing day-to-day customs clearance and arranging deliveries for customers.
• In 2006, I was promoted to Import Officer, where I took on a more significant role in overseeing import operation activities.
• In 2008, I transferred to the Export department to further my career growth and expand my knowledge of export documentation, specifically AWB execution.
• By 2012, I had been promoted to Export Executive, where I managed operations and export documentation clerks. My responsibilities included planning daily cargo submissions, customs clearance, and billing.
• In 2015, I was promoted to Senior Executive, where I handled both import and export operations and oversaw day-to-day planning, including billing.
• In 2019, I was promoted to Assistant Airfreight Manager, where I managed the entire department and oversaw all import/export activities.
• Most recently, in 2021, I was promoted to Airfreight Manager, where I am responsible for managing Airfreight P&L and all other activities related to Airfreight.
