• Ensure timely execution of projects within budget, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure processes meet food-grade, feed-grade, and industrial-grade product specifications.
• Support QA/QC teams in process audits, regulatory inspections, and customer requirements.
• Drive initiatives for microbial control, impurity removal, and product consistency.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, E&I, safety, and supply chain teams to implement process changes.
• Coordinate with global Aditya Birla Chemicals units for knowledge sharing and synergy projects.
• Good knowledge of phosphate chemistry and process engineering.
• Expertise in crystallization, neutralization, filtration, drying, and solid–liquid separation technologies.
• Hands-on experience with process simulation tools, PFD/P&ID development, and mass-energy balances.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities and Abilities:

Monitoring of plant operations as per SOP, maintaining budgeted norms, EHS norms, production planning, and production report (SAP).

Responsible for production and dispatch planning.

Responsible for product quality by maintaining parameters.

Process troubleshooting, improvement project planning, and its execution.

Responsible for overall maintenance in the plant, detecting problems during the process, and handling maintenance.

Maintaining the process parameters to achieve the maximum recovery, and debottlenecking the process to achieve maximum OEE.

To identify improvements, project and cost reduction initiatives, and the preparation of project schemes, along with their approval and execution.

Reporting near misses and CAPA.

Understanding of PHA, HAZOP study, MOC, ASPECT IMPACT, and HIRA.

Responsible for yearly budgeting (major and minor), and scheme and CAPEX preparation.

Involvement in new product development.
