. Perform Preventive maintenance as per requirements.

. Work closely with SPC and QA operator to maintain quality.

.Enter real time data into SAP system.

. Push the finish product to curing Oven for sterilization.

. Operate Sensum and Viswill inspection machine according to SOP.

. Perform non serial and serial cleaning according to SOP.

. Dismantle and assemble during non serial cleaning.

. Work closely with QA to meet all the quality standard and maintain proper documentation.

. Comply with all the GMP and cGMP practice.

• Prepare parts for coating process
• Perform Heat Tint and Blasting process
• Operate EBPVD coating machine to coat the engine parts
• Ensure coating cycles within the SOP requirements
• Unload and visually check the coated parts for chip off or dent mark
• Check weight gain after the coating process

• Operate High Vacuum Furnace according to parameter given
• Perform Leak Check, Uniformity Survey and SAT (System Accuracy Test)
• Check Hardness on Heat Treated part

• Oversee 15 operators on the day to day operations
• Responsible for furnace maintenance
• Work closely with Materials Department & QA Department to meet all production schedules
• Work closely with process Engineer to troubleshoot defects and improve the production yield

• Assist immediate Supervisor in all furnace related tasks
• Promoted to Senior Technician after 2nd year & oversee 30 operators on the daily day to day operations
• Responsible for furnace schedule and machine maintenance
• Ensure all furnaces are in good condition and work to reduce the down time to meet production target
• After years of performance, was sent to the manufacturer of furnace i.e
• Thermal Technology Incorporated (TTI) in USA & responsible for the Test and commissioning process of new Sintering furnace in TTI

• Required to operate High vacuum furnace and atmospheric furnace
• Responsible to operate furnace according to parameter given and monitor the process very closely

• Operate Texture Polishing machine
• Troubleshoot defects & handles minor maintenance

• Responsible for final polishing of TV panel
• Troubleshoot defects and adjust machine parameter accordingly to produce quality panel
• Handles minor maintenance

• Work as apprentice and attach to training centre in Electrical Department for 1 year period
• Learnt basic Electrical Installation & servicing work
