- QA/QC – Follow CONQUAS inspection (QM) for the residential and commercial buildings
- Responsible for the execution of Water ponding tests for toilets and bathrooms & window water tightness test (WWT) in terms of BCA standard
- For structure – NDT concrete uniformity & UPV test for efficient concrete cover (Slabs, beams & columns)
- For CONQUAS finishing – Pre inspection before BCA assessment and uploading the defects into NOVADE online system to all sub-contractors
- For checking all kind of finishing Archi works to prepare final BCA assessments and coordinating with all the sub-contractors (Including M&E)
- Currently monitoring two projects under DLP which is I was worked my previous project
