As Project Manager (Seatrium, Keppel Offshore & Marine)
Responsible for overall coordination of all activities of the marine projects to achieve timely completion, in line with occupational health and safety, environment, quality, productivity and commercial aspects.
Effective delegation and control of resources for optimum productivity.
Ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, regulatory, company, quality, environment, occupational health and safety standards and procedure.
Plan, implement, and demonstrate continual improvement in occupational health and safety, quality, environment and productivity.
Liaison and coordination with regulatory bodies, clients, consultants, contractors, and internally within the company to satisfy their needs within commercial controls.,
Ensure company and project milestones, and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning, logistics, and execution.,
Comprehensive inputs to Planning department, not limited to equipment, materials, processes, activities, manpower, and ownership of project plan.
Control and monitor techno-commercial progress in relation to base line plan.
Identify bottlenecks, highlight possible delays in advance, propose and execute corrective and preventive actions.

Supervise engineers, technicians & workers in shipyard under commissioning department
Review and approve commissioning protocols
Follow up of after vessel deliveries for warranty issues
Prepare weekly reports for project meetings
Liaise with project team for preservation and pre-commissioning,
As Technical Superintendent (Jan De Nul Dredging)
Draft final reports (both technical and financial),
Help the crew in solving technical problems on board, by phone, email or on board,
Effective management of environmental issues in operations in line with relevant statutory regulations,
Monitor the logistics of purchase orders,
Ensure compliance with ISM, ISPS, ISO and other relevant statutory requirements,
Organize and manage anchorage repairs, Promote and lead an incident free safety & reliability culture in all facets of operations and maintenance,
Lead and coach the respective vessel engineering teams in the implementation of standard reliability system programs, Establish and monitor annual capital and maintenance spending budgets,
Work with vessel teams towards continuous improvement of vessel upkeep and performance,
Maintain “fleet-level” spare parts inventory,
Coordinate third party repairs and off vessel repairs and maintenance,
Attend vessel repair periods and drydocking, Assist in writing specs and settling invoices for third party and yard repairs, Update of statutory documents and organise flag/PSC audits and class surveys,
Work with vessel teams towards continuous improvement of vessel upkeep and performance,
