Duties Responsibilities
Supervised D Wall construction and monitoring, Bore piling, Barret pile construction and supervision, Deep Excavation, Steel and RC Strut work, Base slab, skin wall, and roof slab constructions, D-Wall cutting works, etc.
Supervising and monitoring on Viaduct Piers, Cross heads, Pier table construction works.
Segmental bridge construction and in situ segmental box girder inspection and supervision.
SGB erection work supervision (Typical balanced cantilever / span by span method).
Assist the QP(S) in supervising the construction works, installation method and material used are
according to the approved drawings.
Review of contractor’s submission including design, method of statement, and proposals
and ensure the construction works are carried out safely and according to the approved
drawings and methods as per BCA/Regulatory authorities.
Supervision and inspection of structural works with approved construction drawings
Carry out Supervision of structural & geotechnical works and issue non-conformity reports to the main contractor if found any issues in the inspection.
Inspection and Monitoring of construction activities
Maintain all the required quality documents such as inspection records, material test records,
and necessary material and workmanship testing records, Concrete cube test reports, Temporary design reports and COS, etc.
Site Instrumentation & Geotechnical work monitoring including ATMS.
Attend daily, weekly, and monthly progress meetings, site visits.
Preparing Daily reports, Weekly reports, and Monthly reports for authorities’ submission
Monitoring and supervising Utility diversion and new utility installation works
Supervising, Inspection, and Monitoring Deck post driving works sheet pile driving works, metro deck installation for Temp Road diversion works.
Weekly PGI conducted with LTA and Weekly & Monthly safety observation report preparation and notify to the Main contractor via email.
