Academic Planning and Development: Collaborate with academic team to develop, implement, and review academic programs, courses, and curricula to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality and culinary industry. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and manage the Student & Academic Development department, ensuring the effective delivery of programmes to enhance student learning and academic success.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance mechanisms to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and services. Conduct regular assessments, collect feedback from students and stakeholders, and use data to drive continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.
Academic Team Development: Provide guidance and support to academic team members in instructional design, pedagogical techniques, and assessment strategies.
