Roles & Responsibility

• Ensure all changes are documented, evaluated, and approved according to project guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all change requests, approvals, and related documentation.
• Monitor and track change-related costs, ensuring alignment with project financial goals.
• Conduct quality checks on change implementation to confirm adherence to approved plans and procedures
• Work with EGS to ensure accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for remaining work.
• Prepare and present detailed EAC reports to project leadership, highlighting any areas of concern, potential cost overruns, or areas where savings could be realized.
• Track and incorporate change orders into quantity and cost forecasts, ensuring that any changes in project scope are accurately reflected in cost estimates.
• Communicate any significant changes in quantity or cost forecasts to key stakeholders, providing clear explanations and justifications.
• Utilize and maintain project control tools and systems for accurate cost forecasting and EAC calculations.

Roles & Responsibility

• Assist in developing and implementing requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards.
• Assist in developing the project cost baseline derived from estimate and check all costs have been allocated correctly.
• Assist in preparing cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Prepare budgets in accordance with the prescribed standards and procedures.
• Scope change management.
• Produce and maintain cash flow for Material & Construction Subcontracts.
• Prepare Value of Work Done (VOWD) report for all Major Equipment's, Bulks and Subcontracts.
• Responsible for generating Commitment curve, Cashflow curve & VOWD curve.
• Monitor and control the order variation w.r.t the committed cost of sub-contractors and supplied materials against the take-off quantities and approved unit rates in the budget.
• Perform Bid vs Budget detailed analysis to identify potential cost overruns.
• Produce weekly/monthly Cap-ex reports (Material & Subcontract) and produce all internal cost reports.
• Estimate cost for Budget Variance Note and arrange meeting to review it to take necessary action.
• Produce associated documentation to submit to client for all changes and if change agreed, implement and revise forecast as necessary.
• Prepare monthly cost report of Material which includes budget,committed, expenditure and forecast costs for the project.
• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Report the deviations from the cost baseline and its reasons to the Project control manager.

OBE contract With EIL for HPCL Visakha Refinery expansion from 8.3 MMTPA to 15 MMTPA

Roles & Responsibility

• Responsible to create, update and maintain Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction using Primavera 6 software for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
• Conducted cost and time estimates.
• Responsible to generate progress 'S' curves for reporting progress to Client/Management.
• Participated in KOM with Customer and with suppliers regarding the Project requirements, deliverables and other agenda.
• Determines critical-path activities for the project and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements.
• Responsible for preparing and presenting reports, such as the Project Financial Status Report and the Earned Revenue Determination Data.
• Resource Planning and Forecasting of projects & activities
• Prepare weekly / monthly project reports. Produced progress reports and budget updates.
• Reporting to management about progress and Area of concerns, if any at right time, so corrective actions can be taken.

Fire Detection & Protection System For NTPC Darlipali STPP, Stage-1(2*800MW)

Roles & Responsibility

• Responsible for closeout of Package which includes seeking of MDCCs from Client, expediting the closure of site activities , managing delivery of contractually agreed Spares, participating in closeout meetings with Client, follow-ups for the final payments etc.
• Provide support on development of project cost expenditure forecast curves.
• Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced, and completed.
• Boosted revenues by coordinating and executing projects.
• Provided accurate, detailed quantity take-offs from project drawings and technical specifications.
• Pre-qualification of the Potential Suppliers not appearing in the Approved Vendor List.
• Coordinate with Source Inspection team to schedule inspection activities and obtain inspection releases upon completion of final inspection as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Planning & scheduling of the Project in Primavera P6 & MS Projects showing different phases of project including Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Inspection & Dispatch ,specifying Critical Path.
• Delivery Lead Time – Responsible for reaching out and following up with suppliers to make sure on-time delivery.
• Cost control by Optimization of Resources utilization.
• To understand Project work scope and needs in terms of Deliverables, Contract milestones.
• To estimate budget quantities, costs, duration and resources.
• Holding Weekly/Daily production meetings.
• Tracking Master Project Schedule, showing monthly/weekly progress for Client & Internal review.
• Arrange Pre-award technical meetings involving the Engineering, Project Manager and Supplier representatives to freeze the technical requirement.
• Seasoned expeditor, knowledge of manufacturing process sequence and its timeline of several equipment. Thus able to manage /expedite suppliers efficiently and secure timely deliveries.
• Implementing of Liquidated Damages and other penalty clauses of the contracts in case of violations.
• To maintain project master files and handle all project communication with the Clients.
• Manage specific national / global suppliers for improved performance and reduced cost.
• Complete annual review of company's supply chain to evaluate current contracts and develop plans for improving procurement efficiency and lowering costs.

• Regular monitoring of utility Like Condenser, De-Aerator, Ejector, Boiler Feed Pump, CEP, Steam Drum, DM Plant, Cooling Tower, LP and HP Heaters.
• Observed equipment in operation, system activities and control readouts on continuous basis.
• Monitored operations to spot and report on issues for quick resolution.
• Documented daily activities in internal system and submitted timely shift reports.
