1. To maintain Facility Management and cleanliness.
2. To provide support to the CS department in implementing and maintaining schedules of Mosque infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and tools.
3. To assist the Assistant Head of CS head to ensure work facilities are in running order and overseeing the day-to-day operations and logistical needs of the Mosque.
4. To work closely with the Mosque Assistants in ensuring the operational needs and logistics of the stakeholders are met.
5. To Plan and monitor Facilities Management (FM) Department expenditures.
6. To admin and supervise of building's security systems.
7. To maintain and upkeep of hardware and software of the Mosque's ICT systems.
8. Manage vendor relationships for cost effective services, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
