    from entry to graduating.

    Executive, Student Ambassador will provide excellent customer service to students.
  • External stakeholders. Work with external parties e.g. ICA and parents so as to mentor
    students and ensure that they have an enriching University life.
  • Internal stakeholders. Working with academic departments, finance, marketing and all
    internal stakeholders, assist and guide students through their studies in JCU Singapore.
    These include but not limited to advisory on matters pertaining to student pass, contracts,
    LOA, Withdrawal, Internship/employment placements, enrolment, general inquiries etc.
  • Main Point of Contact. To be the Point of Contact for students under their charge, ie be the key liaison point between the University and the student. To facilitate and follow through any
    outstanding issues.
  • Receive and process student payments over the counter accurately and efficiently.

    accordingly.

  • Managed the back end operations Doctor Anywhere to guarantee the daily quality of our teleconsultation services
