Credit Policies and Procedures

Credit Risk Management

Credit Policy, Guidelines and Criteria

  • Assist Credit Controller in ensuring credit policy and guiding credit principles are being adhered.
  • Ensure that the revision of Credit approval framework, Credit exposure limits, security requirements and risk rating system are being adhered.

Credit Management

  • Assist Credit Controller to ensure processes and systems supporting such as credit limit checks, monitoring of expiring credit supports (eg Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee) and account performance operate satisfactorily at all time.
  • Administers periodic review of customers and their requirements with a view to adjust credit relationship taking into account payment performance, individual credit review results, prevailing economic and political situation

Accounts Receivables Management
