- Responsible to analyse and investigate the alert for APAC, SMB, GCB NAM that are being triggered in Workflow System and determine the course of actions.
- When applicable, to engage with Business / KYC Owner for inquiry to get more further client’s detail.
- To perform the sanction and non-sanction alert for APAC, SMB, GCB NAM.
- Reviewing the alert by go through all the negative news that triggered in the Workflow before proceed to submit the alert for checker’s review.

- Notify Business Units (BU) should there be a need to perform risk reclassification and inform BU to escalate material adverse news for clearance where necessary.
- Participate in any user testing and data preparation should there be any system enhancements.
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained for any exceptions or deferments as stipulated in UOBM’s AML/CFT guidelines.
- Perform monthly reporting as and when required by Group Client Fulfillment & Services, Country Compliance and other parties.
