Oversee all aspects of event operations, including venue setup, signage, crowd control, and on-site management. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of essential services, such as catering, security, and transportation. I have worked on developing marketing strategies to promote track and field events to increase attendance.

Assisted in planning and ensuring the smooth flow of the monthly track and field competitions that we organize, also known as the All Comers meets. Major meets that I have assisted on is the 84th Singapore Open Track and Field Championships 2024 and Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2024, where I assisted on logistics management. Developed and coordinated with Club Zoom kids' athletics programs, also known as Kids' Athletics, aimed at promoting youth participation and development in track and field.
