After completing my internship, I decided to continue working as a part timer as an OEO (operations and experience officer). I was stationed at the gym's reception and would be the first point of contact for members when they enter the gym. I handled admin matters, complaints, membership issues etc. I did regular checks on the gym floor to ensure safety and proper flow of the ongoing classes.
Did my ITE internship here for 6 months. Being a OEA (operations and experience assistant) meant that I was stationed at the gym's towel counter. While at the towel counter, I face members and provide them with their needed attire and towels, as well as pass them their locker key for the locker rooms. I do regular checks of the locker rooms to ensure cleanliness and I also conduct studio resets when a class is over.
